Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from CasualFlow5G. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy. Read these 3 scenarios carefully.
1) if your purchase is in processing time that is 3-5 day, you can change or request or return your payment as you did. After 5 days the package is already on the way and we cannot stop it. Your order is going to your destination.
2) You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You must also have the receipt or proof of purchase.
If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item, the fastest way to ensure that you get the item you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
3) Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, we will automatically refund your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
